Got my ex-girlfriend pregnant

I am writing to you for your advice. I am in my 20s and I have been married for five years.

My wife and I are trying to have children but it seems difficult, so my ego got the better of me. We went to the doctor and we were told that we are in good health. However, I went outside of the marriage and tried to see if something is really wrong with me. I had unprotected sex with one of my former girlfriends and she got pregnant. Now I don’t know what to do because this child would be my first. I need your advice.

You knew exactly what you were doing. You became impatient and you foolishly went to another woman and she became pregnant.

This woman was a former girlfriend of yours. You are being ridiculous when you say you don’t know what to do. Do you expect me to tell you to ask your former girlfriend to abort the pregnancy? I am sure you are proud enough to tell your wife that you knew nothing was wrong with you and that you were quite capable of impregnating another woman. I am sure you know that you have embarrassed your wife by getting another woman pregnant.

You have put your wife under immense pressure. Now your babymother is going to call your wife barren. If she does so, you are the cause of it. I wish you well. I hope that you would draw closer to your wife, and I hope that you would pray night and day that your wife would not leave you due to your infidelity.
