Trying different positions but still no baby

Dear Pastor,

My boyfriend and I are living together, but we do not have children. We do not use any form of protection when we are having sex.

Both of us are in our mid-20s. We have gone to different doctors who have told us that nothing is wrong with us, so we should just continue the way we are now and relax. We are going to have children. But my boyfriend's mother is encouraging him to leave me or to go and have sex with another girl to see if he can have children. She gave him that advice one year ago, and he has not listened to her. He told his mother that he was surprised at getting that advice from her, because she calls herself a missionary in her church. She told him that nobody had to know that she was the one who told him to go out and 'fly his kite'.

I told him that I have never gone with another man since meeting him and he should not go out and bring home any disease to me. We have good jobs. We are giving ourselves two more years, and if I do not conceive, we will try to adopt a little boy. Even my father has been asking me if I do not plan to have children. I told him that I am not ready but he told me that it was time.

My fiance and I have tried every position that we have seen in books and on adult movies. Some have suggested that by doing these sexual positions, a woman is likely to get pregnant. We have done them all, but nothing doing. I cannot desire a better man in my life. I want to carry his child. Do you have a word for us?

I was talking to a married woman some years ago and she told me that it was very easy for her to become pregnant.

She said that all she had to do was to look at her husband's front and she would get pregnant. But there are some women who tried for years before they conceived. I would suggest that your boyfriend and you should follow the advice of your doctors. Both of you are still young. There are certain things that both of you can do to get you pregnant. Your doctors can advise you on such methods. I wish both of you well.
