Landlord trying to sleep with my girlfriend

This is the second time I am writing to you. I am 25 years old and my girlfriend is 23.

We are living together. We do not have children. My landlord does not work out. He is home every day. I do security work. My girlfriend does nails. The house that we are renting from the landlord has a little verandah and the landlord gave her permission to do her work there.

One day, she told me that she does not trust the landlord because he is always telling her how beautiful she looks. Plus, on a couple of days, he offered her chicken. She told him that she was not hungry but he insisted that she should take the lunch from him because, by not taking it, she was insulting him. Then, another time, he asked her if she could introduce him to some of these pretty girls who come to do their nails. She reminded him that he is married and he said his wife wouldn't have to know anything about that. He asked my girlfriend if I am talking very good care of her and she told him very good care, but the rent he is charging us is too high.

He offered to reduce the rent if she would go to bed with him. I could not believe that this man was so out of order. We are trying to pay down on a house. A family member is offering us her points to get a National Housing Trust (NHT) house. I don't know if what she is saying to me can work like that with NHT, but I know that we should leave where we are because, if the landlord does not stop harassing my woman, we are going to have a confrontation.

At the moment, he is charging us $28,000 to live at his place.

Your landlord is indeed out of order. He does not respect your girlfriend. You and her are trying.
