Fast-rising dancehall artiste Shaneil Muir delivered a commanding performance last Saturday at the All Pisces Born party held at Da'Vue, further cementing her reputation as one of the genre's most captivating rising stars.

The Montego Bay venue was buzzing with energy as patrons turned out in their numbers to celebrate the Pisces season, but it was Muir who ultimately stole the spotlight. From the moment she stepped on stage, the artiste took full control of the atmosphere, blending sharp vocal delivery with an engaging stage presence that kept the audience locked in from start to finish.

Opening her interactive performance with Top Gyal, Muir quickly connected with the crowd, who responded enthusiastically to her growing catalogue of hits. Tracks such as Hype and Boasy, Secured and Likkle Miss drew loud singalongs, while Yamabella and 3D sent waves of excitement through the venue, with fans chanting lyrics word-for-word. Muir kept her set good with vocal strength, patron engagement and deliberate crowd interaction. It was, however, the closing number to her almost hour-long set - Crawsis, a collaboration done with dancehall artiste 450 - that sent the crowd wild.

Muir gave her reaction to the performance in her hometown.

"The enthusiasm from the crowd was good. It's always a good vibe, good reception from the people of MoBay as expected. It was good to see the ladies out and the choir come out, so that was exciting," she said.
