Coach of Waterhouse, Paul Young, is anticipating a 'mouth-watering' clash against Arnett Gardens FC when the teams meet in the Locker Room Sports/Kingston and St Andrew Football Association (KSAFA) Jackie Bell Knockout final next month.

In the first of a semi-final double-header at Harbour View Stadium on Sunday evening, Kemar Beckford scored in the 87th minute to hand Waterhouse a 1-0 win over August Town.

Arnett tagged neighbours Boys' Town 2-0 in the second semi-final with the goals coming from Ranike Anderson in the 10th minute and Michaelous Martin (39th).

Young said his team will work hard to retain the title and lift the Jackie Bell crown for a sixth time.

"It was a good victory for us against August Town. We played in spurts, but it was a good win," Young told STAR Sports.

SENSATIONAL CLASH

"The final will see two teams that carry the most spectators, so I'm expecting a mouth-watering clash whenever the final is played," he pointed out.

"Arnett are the number one team in the country at the moment, and like us have won five Jackie Bell titles, so both teams want to win a sixth title," Young noted.

Meanwhile, Waite, who has been keeping the players fresh by his rotation system, is pleased with the team's performance on Sunday night.

"I am definitely pleased with the players. The intensity of Arnett will create problems for any team. We got many chances, but only scored two. We expected more from the Boys' Town team," Waite disclosed.

Now, Waite is looking forward to guiding his team to another trophy when they come up against Waterhouse in the final.

"Well, both teams have won five titles each in the Jackie Bell, so we are really looking forward to winning the title," he said.

The winning team will receive $400,000, while the beaten finalist is guaranteed $250,000.
