Marrying this woman is the biggest mistake I ever made

Dear Pastor,
I am a 51-year-old man and I am facing a problem. I have been married twice. My first marriage took place when I was 30 years old and, from that relationship, I fathered two children.
After my first wife died, I decided that I could not live alone. I met my present wife at a friend’s house. She was visiting them and we became friends.
We dated for about a year. My friends told me she was a lovely girl. It wasn’t long after meeting her that she began visiting me and sleeping over. My relatives took care of the two children my late wife and I had.  They visited and stayed over whenever they felt like, especially during the holidays. However, I never allowed my girlfriend to stay at my house when they are around.
When I met this young woman, she was in her early 20s, but I was still young myself and felt I could conquer anything. I eventually married her, but it was the biggest mistake I ever made.
She changed after we got married.
All she wanted was my money, and she wanted to go out every weekend with her friends. Every week, she also had a new hairstyle. I did the cooking most days; otherwise, I would have starved. She had a group of friends who were going to an entertainment event. I objected to her going but she went behind my back and went to the event. She dressed for that event in such a way that she exposed herself totally. To add insult to injury, she did not come home all night. She couldn’t explain to me where she slept, or if she slept at all. I suspected that she slept with a man.
My children were with us when my wife and I had an argument. She cursed me in front of them and told me that she had to have another man because I am a one-minute man.  I was so embarrassed, but that was enough to tell me that I couldn’t continue to look at her as my wife.
I separated myself from her. I stopped sleeping in the same room with her,and I told her that she should leave my house. Imagine my wife calling me a one-minute man and admitting that she has another man.
I know she wants my house. She told me she would leave whenever it suits her. I don’t want to get myself into trouble, but I can’t have a woman coming into my house whenever she feels like it and leaving whenever she feels like it. What advice can you give me?
A.

Dear A.,
Don’t take matters into your own hands. I do understand what you are going through. I believe you need the help of an attorney.
Your wife has no class. She should not have embarrassed you in the presence of your two girls, but she has reached the point where she doesn’t care about you. She isn’t smart, though. If she had loved you, she could have enjoyed a very peaceful life with you. Instead, she is telling you that you don’t have the swing and that you cannot give her physically what she wants.
I am really sorry to hear what you are going through. But please don’t do anything foolish, such as changing the locks on your door, because she is still your wife. She can come and go as she likes. She does not respect you at all, and that is why she is behaving this way.
So, I repeat, go and see a lawyer, and do so as soon as possible.
