Three armed teens rob man of iPhone 15 Pro Max
Three teenagers have been charged in connection with a robbery along Spanish Town Road in St Andrew on Sunday, February 22, after they reportedly held up a man and stole his iPhone 15 Pro Max.
The accused, 19-year-old Keshaun Anderson, 18-year-old Brockquan Smith, and 18-year-old Dajavion Campbell, all from 7th Street, Kingston 13, have been charged with robbery with aggravation, two counts of shooting with intent, ossession of a prohibited weapon, and unauthorised possession of ammunition.
Police reports state that at about 12:36 p.m., the three robbers, who were reportedly armed with firearms, approached the victim and robbed him of the high-end smartphone. An immediate police search was launched in the area, during which one of the suspects allegedly fired shots at the lawmen before they fled on foot.
The trio was later apprehended during an intelligence-led operation and charged after being questioned in the presence of their attorneys.
Court dates for the accused are being arranged.
