Reggae singer Moziyah is upbeat about the response to his new single titled Cry For Love.

The song, which Imz Entertainment produced, was released on Valentine's Day. Since then, it has been receiving strong rotation both locally and overseas.

"I'm very happy about the response that my new single is receiving. It's getting a lot of support from DJs in various territories, including Jamaica, the US, Europe, the UK, Canada and Africa. I'm also getting a lot of positive feedback from my fans on social media about it; it's also streaming well on all the major streaming platforms," said Moziyah.

The easygoing singer said real-life experiences inspired him to write and record Cry For Love.

"This song was inspired by things that I've experienced and things that I have seen other people go through in relationships. At some point in time, we have all experienced the joy of being in love and the pain that heartbreak brings," said the artiste. Moziyah is also promoting two other singles, No Lies and Capture All.

"These two songs were released a while ago, but I'm still pushing them because I believe, just like my new single, they have the potential to become anthems wherever reggae music is popular. Unlike dancehall songs, reggae songs take more time to become popular, but when they take root, they last forever," he said.

Moziyah is also working on several new songs for various producers.

"I'm also contemplating releasing a seven-track EP as well, but I haven't made up my mind as yet."

Moziyah, given name Andrew Roberts, was born and raised in Kingston. Some of his other songs are Knock Knock, and Crossroads.
