‘Badness’ charged with murder of UK woman

February 13, 2026

A man who police say had been on the run for more than a year is now facing murder charges in connection with the grisly killing of a United Kingdom national whose body was discovered in a shallow grave in Westmoreland.

Charged is 39-year-old Angrea Morrison, otherwise called 'Bredda-Bredda', 'Ninjaman', 'Badness' and 'Andre'. He is a construction worker and vendor with addresses listed in Roaring River, Westmoreland; Deeside, Trelawny; Linstead, St Catherine; and Providence in Flanker, St James.

The charge stems from the killing of Dawn Anderson, whose body was discovered buried in a shallow grave in Petersfield, Westmoreland, on December 2, 2024.

Police report that Morrison had been evading capture before he was taken into custody during a targeted joint police operation in Montego Bay, St James.

Following his arrest, Morrison was escorted to the Westmoreland Policing Division on February 6, 2026, where investigations continued.

He was later formally charged on February 12, 2026, after participating in a question and answer session in the presence of his attorney. Police say the charges were laid based on witness statements gathered during the investigation.

Morrison's court date is being finalised.
