Bacchanal Friday started last weekend with a blast as throngs of revellers converged on Mas Camp, ready to drench themselves in soca vibes.

They gleefully celebrated the 21st anniversary of Bacchanal Friday. The inclusive and welcoming vibe could be felt the moment patrons walked into the venue, as the energy transported them to a 'soca kingdom'. Women dressed in skimpy, colourful carnival wear were plentiful, and they had one mission, to have fun and more fun. They exuberantly gyrated and in no time patrons were drenched in sweat. Revellers beamed with excitement and hands were raised in approval all night long as the DJs pumped out the music.

DJ Dre, Marlon Musique, Coppershot's Marc Chin, Cyclone, and DJ Riche Ras had the task of keeping revellers going all night. Tracks such as Engine Room by Olatunji and Long Live Soca by Voice were among the 2023 tunes that had the partygoers basking in the euphoric feeling that comes with carnival.
