Gaps 7G anticipates busy year

Dancehall artiste Gaps 7G will be using 2023 as a springboard to his future success with the release of new singles.

One of the first is Obvious, which hit all major digital platforms on January 23.

"My aim for this year is to release a new video every month for a new song. I've been mastering my craft, and want to show the world what the artiste Gaps 7G has to offer," he said.

Obvious was produced by Jermaine Francis of the 1City ChapCity Lifestyle Records label. Gaps 7G will be releasing a new single Luv Mi Seh in February, a project produced by fellow dancehall artiste Bobby Sky1 of Sky Nation Records. Gaps 7G will also be releasing singles for production houses Chase Mills Records and Stubban Gad Music in the coming months.

"Consistency is the name of the game,," he said.

Since his emergence on the dancehall scene, the artiste has generated a buzz incorporating his party lifestyle and experiences into his music. The New York-based artiste regularly returns to Jamaica to promote his songs.
