Kosa salutes his ‘Day One’ people
Recording artiste Kosa is pulling on his own experiences in his single, Day One.
"The song is about real and genuine people who are not selling out their friends. I was just representing for my true family and friends who have kept it real with me from day one," the artiste explained.
Since its release in April, the track has been receiving positive feedback and is gaining traction on the airwaves.
"People are loving the song and gravitating towards it. My hope is that it will become a number-one hit," the artiste said.
In the game officially for more than a decade, the Hellshire, St Catherine-based artiste has been involved in music for as long as he can remember.
"I've been doing music for all my life, since I was a juvenile. My sound is just authentic dancehall and reggae, with a mixture of modern flavour," the artiste stated.
His releases include the 2020 EP Never Give Up EP and the 2021 Reggae Rockaz album, as well as singles like Blazing, For You and Dancehall.
"What's next for me is to continue putting out good songs and to make Kosa a household name and brand," he stated.
