Think I might be pregnant

Dear Pastor,

When I was about 17, I started to masturbate. My boyfriend was about 23 and he took my virginity. I did not know much about sex. I could say he taught me everything.

He was a conductor on a bus, and he used to bring me money every day. I could depend on him for my supper. We used to live near a school and the watchman used to look for me. My boyfriend would come and talk to the watchman and then come around to our spot and he would play with me and tell me I should masturbate before he got there so that I would be ready.

I could not stay long with my boyfriend and he could not stay long either, because he had to hustle on the bus.

The watchman was an elderly gentleman. One day, my mother came to the school and asked him if he saw me and he told her no. I was there but she could not see me. This guy was the first guy to take me to a hotel. I spent all night with him. My mother and others did not know where I was.

I am not a bad girl but now I am in trouble because I have not seen my period and my boyfriend said that I must not throw away his baby. He told me I could not be pregnant for him because we always used the condom, so I should check myself and see who else I had sex with. I don't have to count to see who else I had sex with because he is the only man who knows me and who ever came to me. Whenever I can't see my boyfriend, I play with myself in my room. I have never invited another man to touch me.

If you know for sure that you have not gone with another man, you should not be fretting. And if you know that your boyfriend has always used a condom, you should go to the doctor to ascertain whether you are pregnant. It seems to me that your boyfriend suspects that you might have gone to another man. You should assure him that nothing like that went on. You should try your best to go back to school if you are not in school. But the immediate thing to do right now is to go to a doctor to ascertain whether you are pregnant.
