Hi my Real Talk family, welcome back. This week we wrap up our interview with the forever young Wayne Wonder. This week he delves into music and just a little bit on dating.

Renee: Are you a traditional dater or a 'Netflix and Chill' kinda guy?

Wayne Wonder: I open doors and pull chairs. Yeah man, I'm traditional. I'm all about the flowers and the roses. (laughs)

Renee: You have romantic music, but are you a romantic at heart or is that just your art?

Wayne Wonder: No man, I am a romantic person. I am loving and I am caring. It is true, honestly.

Renee: What would you say is your greatest accomplishment to date?

Wayne Wonder: Musically, I would say, to be nominated for the Grammys twice. I won the MOBO Awards. I like the tours and thing. It is not just one thing; it's like a collection of things, like a collection of stars. I'm proud of myself to know that I am coming from Water Street where people used to say, "Everyday yuh a go studio and me nah hear no music," but see now I have classics.

Renee: What's happening with Wayne Wonder now, any new music?

Wayne Wonder: Yes, I have something brand new with Konshens. It is called Girl Like You, you can look out for that. I have Let Me Be The One and I have another called Baby that I did for Supa Hype since I came. I have been doing a lot of phantom writing also. I'm still doing behind the scene stuff, you know.

Renee: Are you comfortable with where you are in your career right now?

Wayne Wonder: I achieved a lot in different aspects. I'm not just a singer, I'm a songwriter. The benefits from writing, I've seen that. So yes, I'm not fussy. Sometimes I dodge from the limelight, I don't want too much of it. My motto is, "It's not about the recognition, it's not about the hype, it's not about egos or individuals, it is about music."

See you all next week when I sit with another of your favourite persons. Until then, keep it real!
