On the eve of his birthday celebrations, DJ Hattaclaps announced a one-year deal as ambassador for Sperone Moscato liquor off Mountain View Avenue in an area popularly called 'Back Bush' on Monday.

"Bless up everyone that took the time out to support my birthday celebrations, it is much appreciated," he said. The party setting was under the umbrella of Stress Free Mondays, a weekly party event that is popular in the community. The party was well attended and festive thanks to selectors Mattic Movements, Javi Supreme, Javi Exclusive, DJ Mhaad Dog, Little Richie, G Hype and DJ Kemie Hype.

"Sperone has seen the talent and wanted a DJ to push and strengthen the brand's reach in dancehall and they saw me as the ideal person and I'm ready to push myself and the premium Moscato brand in dancehall," said DJ Hattaclaps, who is regarded as one of the finest selectors to come out of east Kingston.
