Sean 'Contractor' Edwards has hit the Billboard charts for the second year in a row with his Tropical House Cruises to Jamaica compilation.

This time it's the Reloaded album that has landed a spot on the coveted charts, coming in at number five last week. Edwards, happy with the accomplishment, says the album charting is even more special this time around because it has given artistes who have not graced the chart in years, the opportunity to taste Billboard success again.

This follows news that entertainer KipRich is revelling in the album's success with his song, Levels. Edwards told THE STAR that for artistes like KipRich, who has not charted on Billboard since doing remixes with Lil Jon and the East Side Boys as well as Bonecrusher, his album is a groundbreaker.

"KipRich has hit the charts again, bringing him back to prominence, and I feel very good about that. It gives me a good feeling to have artistes who wouldn't normally hit the Billboard, or artistes who haven't hit in a long time get that opportunity. I feel good about giving them that spotlight, it encourages them to work harder and make better music," he said.

"Artistes like Nature Ellis, it's his first time hitting the Billboard. Trinity Chris out of Toronto Canada has a song with Bounty Killer, and he has expressed that hitting the Billboard with the album really makes him feel good."

"I look for good songs from new artistes. Artistes with potential that aren't getting the spotlight but are producing songs with a different sound. It's a good feeling for me to help their careers," he continued.
